What you will do
- Research and target senior decision-makers in commercial companies.
- Engage senior executives to articulate hirify.global's value proposition and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified new-business revenue opportunities.
- Meet activity metrics and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage accurate account information within Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and functions.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience selling to large commercial organizations.
- Experience with intranet sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Skilled in territory management, pipeline creation, and deal management.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with prospecting tools like SalesLoft and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
