• Take long-term accountability for the technical health and strategic direction of business domains.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (onsite role).
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with high-level technical leadership.
• Expertise in building distributed systems, primarily with Python/Django, React, and Postgres.
• Comfortable guiding technical direction across JVM languages, gRPC, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills with influence and vision for long-term business growth.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English).
