What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of 20-30 analytics projects annually and ongoing custom deliverables.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to align project goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and addressing issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current with healthcare analytics trends and incorporate new technologies.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work hybrid from hubs or remotely within the country.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of healthcare analytics or related experience with client delivery focus.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

• Consulting or professional services experience in healthcare.
