Location: Remote-first within the United States only

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 USD depending on geographic pay zone

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects, driving adoption and expansion through strategic guidance and technical partnerships
• Coach individual contributors to grow technical expertise and customer engagement skills
• Refine post-sales technical journey processes to improve implementation, launch, and customer enablement
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify friction points and accelerate product adoption
• Engage in complex customer conversations and escalations to unblock key initiatives
• Support recruiting efforts to build a diverse and capable Solutions Architecture team

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments
• Deep technical expertise in modern web infrastructure, frontend standards, and enterprise platform adoption
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven people leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with integrations and architecture involving enterprise platforms
