Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 USD depending on geographic pay zone

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects, driving adoption and expansion through strategic guidance and technical partnerships
- Coach individual contributors to grow technical expertise and customer engagement skills
- Refine post-sales technical journey processes to improve implementation, launch, and customer enablement
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify friction points and accelerate product adoption
- Engage in complex customer conversations and escalations to unblock key initiatives
- Support recruiting efforts to build a diverse and capable Solutions Architecture team
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years leading technical post-sales teams in SaaS or platform environments
- Deep technical expertise in modern web infrastructure, frontend standards, and enterprise platform adoption
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proven people leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with integrations and architecture involving enterprise platforms
