What you will do

• Drive transformation from manual Excel reporting to automated Tableau reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives with actionable recommendations using Tableau.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects addressing strategic business questions.
• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Design and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytical support for evolving business needs.
• Partner with Planning & Strategy team and senior leaders to develop reporting that drives revenue growth and evaluates profitability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in data visualization and automation tools (Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy).
• 5+ years progressive experience in data analysis, management consulting, or strategy with successful delivery track record.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong communication skills to create data-driven presentations and influence senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data processing tools (SQL, Alteryx, R, Python).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Prior experience in Financial Services and familiarity with distribution datasets.
• Comfort working in ambiguous and changing environments.
• Proven ability to aggregate and analyze large data sets.
