Salary: $142,800 - $193,200 annually

What you will do

• Design and optimize context engineering solutions for large language models and agent-based systems
• Develop innovative evaluation strategies to measure agent performance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to translate scientific innovations into customer value
• Publish research and contribute to internal and external scientific publications

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA (Seattle, WA) and work onsite
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languages
• PhD or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML or related fields
• Strong expertise in AI, recommendation systems, and agent-based architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering and context optimization for large language models
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners
• Track record of delivering production-scale AI solutions
