What you will do

• Develop AI solutions for Prime Video Search using Deep Learning, GenAI, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Identify gaps in the problem space and create roadmaps to deliver business goals.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with engineers and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments based on in-depth data analyses.
• Mentor and grow junior scientists and interns.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems (scaling, reliability, design patterns).
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including code reviews and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
