What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and internal teams to integrate new products and features into Falcon Complete operations.
• Lead strategic initiatives and prioritize requests to enhance operational capabilities.
• Manage projects involving technological integrations, process improvements, and automation efforts.
• Collaborate on roadmap prioritization and translate customer feedback into actionable product and process enhancements.
• Define and track key metrics to measure operational effectiveness and integration success.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation and establish governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with eligibility to work remotely within the country.
• 5+ years experience in business systems engineering or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and defining operational metrics.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and demonstrated leadership in risk and issue mitigation.
