What you will do

• Design and develop custom AI-powered workflows and full-stack applications for clients and internal teams.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and micro-applications on the AI stack.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Requirements

• Fully remote with required overlap of 4 hours with US Pacific Time
• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, growth engineering, or marketing roles with strong technical skills.
• Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, AI systems, and API design.
• Legal authorization to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products.
• Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, Python or Node.js also welcomed).
• Experience in testing and quality assurance.
