Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

What you will do

  • Act as a consultative payments strategist advising companies on optimal payment structures.
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline across various verticals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product teams to engage prospects.
  • Pitch payment solutions and prepare presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales process and nurture key accounts with deep industry understanding.
  • Share best practices and provide feedback on market trends and competitor insights.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven track record of high performance and self-sourcing leads.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with passion for fintech and payments.
  • Solid network within payments landscape.
