What you will do
- Identify and prospect new clients in Retail across Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and Europe, driving pipeline with speed and precision.
- Collaborate on strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase market share in Iberia and internationally.
- Establish long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their goals to tailor proven payment solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, translating complex capabilities into tangible business value.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales within payments or fintech, with a focus on Retail and omnichannel solutions.
- Strong relational skills and the ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills; able to close complex deals.
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills required, any other european languages will be highly valuable.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with travel within Iberia and Europe as needed.
