What you will do
- Design impactful, microlearning-based learning experiences applying adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
- Translate complex technical product information into clear, actionable enablement content.
- Develop and manage scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for GTM Sales and Technical sales teams.
- Implement AI tools and automation workflows to enhance learning and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations teams to identify gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
- Measure program effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development.
- Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools such as Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, and LLM-based assistants.
- Experience designing product enablement or technical learning content and managing CMS/LMS publishing and tracking.
- Advanced skills in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Tech Space (SaaS, Database, etc.).
- Proficiency with eLearning tools like Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite, and collaboration tools.
