What you will do

• Design impactful, microlearning-based learning experiences applying adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
• Translate complex technical product information into clear, actionable enablement content.
• Develop and manage scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for GTM Sales and Technical sales teams.
• Implement AI tools and automation workflows to enhance learning and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations teams to identify gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
• Measure program effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development.
• Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools such as Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, and LLM-based assistants.
• Experience designing product enablement or technical learning content and managing CMS/LMS publishing and tracking.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Tech Space (SaaS, Database, etc.).
• Proficiency with eLearning tools like Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite, and collaboration tools.
