Location: Remote from the West Region of the US. Requires 50-60% travel within the region, with occasional global travel.

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

• Deliver engaging technical training sessions (virtual, in-person, recorded) to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Tailor learning experiences based on customer needs, data sets, and diverse skill levels.
• Develop deep expertise in hirify.global’s product suite including Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, and Guides & Surveys.
• Collaborate with the global Education team to shape training content and share insights from live engagements.
• Support internal enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training experiences.
• Support and enable regional services partners to deliver hirify.global training as part of their engagements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with product analytics platforms and a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics.
• A knack for self-directed learning and thriving in analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within the West region of the US, with occasional global travel.
