Location: Remote (US-based, primarily supporting the West Region, with significant regional and occasional global travel)

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) in New York City and San Francisco Bay Area; $126,000–$189,000 for Colorado, California (outside SFBA), and Washington

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Tailor learning experiences to customer needs, data sets, and diverse skill levels.
• Develop deep expertise across hirify.global’s growing product suite (Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, Guides & Surveys).
• Collaborate with the global Education team to shape content and share insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless training and enable regional services partners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to build strong interpersonal connections.
• Self-directed learner thriving in analytical problem-solving.
• Effective prioritization, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with product analytics platforms and customer behavior analytics.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within the region, with occasional global travel.
