Instructional Designer (Technical Sales Enablement): Design and develop technical eLearning programs and certifications to enable Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel Sales teams to effectively sell, demo, and implement hirify.global products with an accent on technical accuracy and sales enablement. Focus on creating engaging, scalable digital training experiences and applying learning science principles to improve training effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA with onsite presence 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and develop technical eLearning certifications for sales and technical teams.
• Build and maintain a library of technical enablement assets like deployment guides and demo scripts.
• Create competitive content and objection-handling scenarios for sales engineers.
• Design scalable digital training experiences including courses, tutorials, and assessments.
• Apply learning science principles to ensure engaging and retention-focused training.
• Measure and improve training effectiveness based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA 3 days per week
• 6-10 years experience designing technical eLearning and training for technical sales or IT audiences.
• Hands-on technical exposure with software demos and backend systems.
• Strong understanding of Solution Engineering and pre-sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to translate complex technical concepts.
