Senior Technical Trainer (SaaS)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada. Can travel 50-60% within the region, with occasional global travel.

Salary range: $126,000 - $210,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) for individuals who will work for hirify.global in New York City, San Francisco Bay Area of California.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats, including live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and recorded/asynchronous sessions.
• Tailor learning experiences by working closely with customers to understand their needs and data sets.
• Master hirify.global’s products, including Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, and Guides & Surveys.
• Collaborate globally with the Education team to shape training content and share insights from live engagements.
• Support internal enablement by providing product training for hirify.global team members.
• Partner with customer-facing teams and account stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Dynamic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal connections.
• Knack for self-directed learning and thrive in analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with product analytics platforms, and a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics.
• Can travel 50-60% within the region, with occasional global travel.
