Senior Technical Trainer (SaaS)

Senior Technical Trainer (Education): Deliver engaging training sessions and tailor learning experiences for customers to maximize the value of hirify.global’s AI analytics products with an accent on live facilitation, AI-driven workflows, and customer behavior analytics. Focus on designing and delivering interactive training, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting regional partners to enhance customer success.

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; must be able to travel 50–60% within the region with occasional global travel

Salary: $126,000–$210,000 USD total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission, depending on location)

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions in live virtual, in-person, and asynchronous formats for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Tailor learning experiences based on customer needs and skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
• Develop deep expertise in hirify.global’s product suite including Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, and Guides & Surveys.
• Leverage AI tools to improve training design, efficiency, and content quality.
• Collaborate globally with the Education team and cross-functionally with customer-facing teams and account stakeholders.
• Support and enable regional services partners in delivering training programs and coaching.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada with willingness to travel regionally and globally
• Exceptional live facilitation and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience tailoring enablement and explaining complex analytics and AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms and customer behavior analytics.
• Proven use of AI-driven workflows to improve training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset with ownership mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with API configuration, SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
