Training Specialist (Edtech)

Training Specialist (Edtech): Running training sessions and demoing hirify.global products to scale Scribe usage across the NHS with an accent on user confidence and product knowledge. Focus on designing new training content, using data, automation, and AI to improve the learning experience.

Location: Must be in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am-4pm.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

What you will do

• Run training sessions for users on hirify.global Scribe online or in person in NHS settings across the UK, covering between 30-300 people per session.
• Demo the full functionality of hirify.global products, keeping up-to-date on new features and upcoming releases.
• Design, build, and test new training content, experimenting with different delivery methods.
• Use data, automation, & AI to improve training practices and the user experience.
