TL;DR

Location: Office Based in the United States

Salary: $151,500—$281,400 USD

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives, driving overachievement and goals with coaching and performance management.
  • Nurture a positive team environment, in alignment with hirify.global's Core Values.
  • Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, ensuring sales objectives are met.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of hirify.global.
  • Monitor daily activity of sales representatives and use of hirify.global's CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Collaborate with inside sales management on territory division of labor and sales execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience; telephone and internet-based sales experience required – knowledge of the SMB (<500 employees) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experience in building, training, managing, and developing an inside sales team.
  • Skilled motivator with the ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies (i.e. Meddic).
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) systems; SalesForce.com is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of virtualization technology; VMware and/or Microsoft is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of storage vendors and partners is highly desirable.
  • Small Medium Business experience preferred but not required
