Manager, Inside Sales (SMB): Manages and leads an inside sales team by overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for new and existing customers of hirify.global Software with an accent on coaching, performance management, and career development. Focus on driving revenue by consistently achieving individual and team quotas and monitoring daily activity of sales representatives.

Location: Office Based in the United States

Salary: $151,500—$281,400 USD

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives, driving overachievement and goals with coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development.
  • Nurture a positive team environment, in alignment with hirify.global's Core Values.
  • Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, and ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of hirify.global through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Monitor daily activity of sales representatives, including sales activities and use of hirify.global's CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Collaborate with inside sales management on territory division of labor and sales execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience; telephone and internet-based sales experience required – knowledge of the SMB (<500 employees) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Demonstrated experience in building, training, managing, developing and getting results from an inside sales team.
  • Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) systems; SalesForce.com is preferred.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology; VMware and/or Microsoft is highly desirable.
