What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the sales team and improve their performance.
  • Refine and scale the existing sales motion and forecast revenue precisely.
  • Develop individual sellers through coaching and career pathing.
  • Leverage existing market relationships to accelerate expansion into new geographies and verticals.
  • Represent customer feedback to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the COO on revenue strategy and lead hiring as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3 years leading a team in SaaS or AI companies.
  • Experience improving existing sales motions, not just building from scratch.
  • Strong people leadership skills focused on developing sellers.
  • AI-native understanding and ability to engage technical and business buyers.
  • Data-driven approach to managing sales teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
