What you will do
- Take full ownership of the sales team and improve their performance.
- Refine and scale the existing sales motion and forecast revenue precisely.
- Develop individual sellers through coaching and career pathing.
- Leverage existing market relationships to accelerate expansion into new geographies and verticals.
- Represent customer feedback to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the COO on revenue strategy and lead hiring as the team grows.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3 years leading a team in SaaS or AI companies.
- Experience improving existing sales motions, not just building from scratch.
- Strong people leadership skills focused on developing sellers.
- AI-native understanding and ability to engage technical and business buyers.
- Data-driven approach to managing sales teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
