Location: Hybrid in London (office twice a week)

What you will do
- Co-design go-to-market and operational plans including sales coverage, territory design, and account assignments.
- Drive transformation initiatives and act as advisor to regional sales leadership with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor sales KPIs, lead pipeline development, and identify coverage gaps.
- Prepare executive presentations, QBRs, and provide leadership coverage as needed.
- Own strategic projects from ideation to global execution, challenging processes for scalable solutions.
- Facilitate communication between central teams and regional sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics).
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Consulting, or FP&A.
- Highly analytical with experience in Google Sheets, Kluster, Salesforce, Metabase.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Global mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
