Location: Remote within the United States only
Salary: $164,900 - $236,000 depending on US region

What you will do
- Maintain deep expertise in Oura’s wearable hardware, mobile apps, data analytics, APIs, and fulfillment to drive technical sales wins.
- Lead technical discussions with strategic commercial customers as the primary expert on hardware, software, and API capabilities.
- Develop technical sales playbooks, integration guides, and documentation to support the sales team.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-contract technical continuity.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex technical requirements for enterprise deals.
- Translate customer technical needs into product requirements and scale the sales engineering function.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical sales roles.
- Must be located in the United States (remote within US only); candidates from certain US states are excluded.
- Strong technical fluency in hardware (wearables), software (mobile/web), APIs, and logistics/fulfillment infrastructure.
- Experience with health-tech integration, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with C-suite and developers.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and develop technical content.
