TL;DR

Outbound Sales Manager (Spanish): Proactively acquiring new B2B customers in the Spanish market, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth with an accent on outbound sales and account expansion. Focus on closing deals, strategic cross-selling, and leveraging AI tools for productivity.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin with 3 days onsite per week and possibility to work from abroad 10 days per year. Relocation support and visa assistance available for Germany.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market.
  • Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Establish sustainable long-term business partnerships via phone sales.
  • Drive revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a hunter mentality and closing deals.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English; conversational German is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Berlin with relocation support.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools while maintaining human oversight.
