What you will do
- Take full ownership of acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market.

- Establish sustainable long-term business partnerships via phone sales.
- Drive revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a hunter mentality and closing deals.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English; conversational German is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work hybrid in Berlin with relocation support.
- Experience leveraging AI tools while maintaining human oversight.
