Senior Partner Sales Manager (SaaS): Recruiting, managing, and supporting partners to achieve ambitious sales goals and adhere to hirify.global’s high standards with an accent on driving net-new ARR. Focus on expanding existing relationships, identifying new business partners, and optimizing partner satisfaction and performance.

Location: Must be based in Germany, with a flexible working model allowing you to plan your working hours and location, and an option to work up to 90 days abroad per year.

What you will do

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners through regular performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Assist partners throughout the sales process, from presenting value propositions to finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient channel strategies and support partners in securing net-new ARR.
  • Work with partners to design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and marketing plans to generate demand.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit new business partners aligned with strategic growth goals and business plans.
  • Oversee contracts, agreements, and rewards programs to optimize partner satisfaction and performance while ensuring compliance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on channel operations and growth prospects to senior management.
  • Act as the voice of the partner within hirify.global, providing feedback on the partner program, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner sales, partner relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrate high motivation with exceptional perseverance, determination, resilience, and tenacity.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to articulate hirify.global’s value proposition and persuade partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
