What you will do
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners through regular performance reviews and strategic planning.
- Assist partners throughout the sales process, from presenting value propositions to finalizing contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient channel strategies and support partners in securing net-new ARR.
- Work with partners to design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and marketing plans to generate demand.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new business partners aligned with strategic growth goals and business plans.
- Oversee contracts, agreements, and rewards programs to optimize partner satisfaction and performance while ensuring compliance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on channel operations and growth prospects to senior management.
- Act as the voice of the partner within hirify.global, providing feedback on the partner program, market trends, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner sales, partner relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrate high motivation with exceptional perseverance, determination, resilience, and tenacity.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to articulate hirify.global’s value proposition and persuade partners.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
