What you will do

  • Build and maintain deep business relationships with museums, cultural institutions, and venues.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale hirify.global's presence in the German museum sector.
  • Manage commercial strategies with large partners, ensuring mutual value creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth across Germany and internationally.
  • Stay updated on trends in the cultural and museum landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the museums, cultural institutions, attractions, or live entertainment industry, ideally in commercial, partnerships, ticketing strategy, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record managing high-value relationships with major cultural organizations.
  • Solid experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, revenue optimization, or large-scale attraction management is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C2 level).
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Must be able to work in Munich, Germany on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or a strong entrepreneurial/commercial role.
  • Genuine passion for culture, museums, attractions, and the broader entertainment sector.
