TL;DR

Location: This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from our office In Munich, Germany.

What you will do

  • Generate new, high-quality sales qualified prospects for Account Executives.
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Research and target exciting companies and drive outreach decisions using sales data.
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Learn and demonstrate the hirify.global platform to prospective customers.
  • Gain proficiency in Salesforce.com data logging.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or lead generation experience (internships qualify).
  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Outreach.
  • Fluency in German (both written and oral) and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
