What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing through offer
• Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative channels
• Build diverse pipelines and deliver excellent candidate experience across EMEA
• Provide weekly progress reports and share market intelligence with stakeholders
• Coach recruiters through mentoring, training, and best practice knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Must have 4-7 years of EMEA talent acquisition experience
• Fluent English at advanced level (C1)
• Experience hiring sales and marketing roles across multiple seniority levels
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Use of ATS tools and sourcing methods to map markets effectively
• Promotion of inclusive hiring practices and recruitment process quality
• Location requirement: must be based in Poland or able to work remotely only if located in Poland

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Good knowledge of German language
