Senior Recruiter (Media Buying)

Senior Recruiter (Media Buying Agency): Ensure high-quality sourcing and selection of candidates for Agency vacancies with an accent on media buyers (Search Arbitrage TT/Meta, LeadGen) and other specialists. Focus on full-cycle recruitment, expanding media buying networks via offline/online conferences, in-depth evaluation of expertise (ROI, EPC, CR, scaling strategies), and building stable talent pipelines.

Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Office formats. Modern offices in Prague & Warsaw.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for media buyers (Search Arbitrage TT/Meta, LeadGen) and Agency specialists.
• Leverage and expand media buying networks through affiliate events, meetups, and conferences.
• Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations on ROI, EPC, CR, scaling strategies, and traffic sources.
• Develop talent pipelines, analyze hiring funnels, optimize time-to-fill, and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates, manage stakeholders, and maintain ATS accuracy.
• Handle onboarding, conduct 1:1 meetings, organize team-building and corporate events.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Recruitment/HR, including 2+ years domain-specific experience in media buying/arbitrage.
• Advanced sourcing, headhunting, data-driven recruitment, analytics, and automation tools.
• Advanced interviewing, assessment, talent pipeline building, workforce planning.
• Market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, stakeholder management.
• English B1, Ukrainian/Russian language.
