Focus on optimizing recruitment outcomes, managing the full lifecycle for diverse technical and corporate roles, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Global Advisory and Operations units across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders to shape recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
  • Execute sourcing initiatives using personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to produce data-driven reports and optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Administer and interpret psychometric assessments (e.g., SHL) during candidate evaluation.
  • Contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects and the Global Talent Hub to improve scalability.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with deep knowledge of EMEA markets.
  • Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.
  • Application must be submitted in English.
  • Proven track record in Financial Services recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday.
