What you will do

  • Own SMB sales quota and drive opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure through partners and MSPs.
  • Run full partner-focused sales process including prospecting, recruitment, and enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with distribution and business development teams to target and support strategic partners.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM opportunity management.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies to identify pipeline gains and recruit channel partners and MSPs.
  • Stay informed about hirify.global products and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling into greenfield accounts, especially in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong presentation skills both in-person and virtual.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and willingness to learn new sales methodologies.
  • Must work onsite in Barcelona office.
