Senior Technical Recruiter

What you will do

• Lead the full recruiting process from sourcing to contract negotiation for IT roles.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to onboarding and related projects like Welcome Days.
• Bring creative ideas to improve recruiting strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Must have experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency with at least two ATS systems, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
• Strong relationship management and independent, proactive working style.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies.
• Expertise in sourcing methods, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Hibob and Google Workspace.
