What you will do
- Lead the full recruiting process from sourcing to contract negotiation for IT roles.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Contribute to onboarding and related projects like Welcome Days.
- Bring creative ideas to improve recruiting strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Must have experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency with at least two ATS systems, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
- Strong relationship management and independent, proactive working style.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies.
- Expertise in sourcing methods, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Hibob and Google Workspace.
