What you will do
- Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in Auto ID and DC/Pos sectors.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, outbound campaigns, and digital prospecting tools.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, and Finance teams to execute growth strategies.
- Track performance, manage pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs with full ownership of targets.
- Share market insights and feedback to improve go-to-market approaches.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English; stronger English skills are a plus.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within IT and DC/Pos space.
