What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-revenue strategic clients.
- Define and implement structured account plans and multi-year growth strategies.
- Lead complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full product ecosystem.
- Analyze performance data to create customized value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and contribute to commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales roles, preferably in digital/media environments.
- Experience managing complex clients and high-value negotiations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good written and spoken English (at least B1 level).
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Experience selling high-value digital solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
