Salary: EUR 107,250 - EUR 127,650

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement material.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Be open to various and complex assignments, this will require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
• Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our products.
• Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers.
• Must be located in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space is an advantage.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
