What you will do

• Drive enterprise sales and platform adoption across Victoria’s public sector.
• Identify customer use cases and increase consumption of the Databricks platform.
• Develop, structure, and close strategic opportunities aligned with Australia’s digital priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior government decision-makers and communicate the platform’s value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through closing and adoption.
• Collaborate with solution architects, customer success, system integrators, and global teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or public sector sales.
• Experience in cloud, data, or SaaS sales.
• Strategic, structured, accountable, and execution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, creativity, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of Spark and big data is highly desirable.
