What you will do

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to drive candidates through interview, offer, and hiring processes.
• Manage complex scheduling for remote and in-person interviews across global time zones, including travel when needed.
• Act as point of contact and advocate for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Prioritize and manage multiple Talent Partners and candidates while providing world-class service.
• Collect and organize interviewer feedback to enable quick candidate progression.
• Maintain accurate ATS records with strong data hygiene and attention to detail.
• Support Talent team on procedure, process, and project improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Philippines and work remotely.
• 2+ years experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling for global teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Strong skills in calendar management, time zones, and conflict resolution under shifting priorities.
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Greenhouse, plus Google Workspace and Slack proficiency.
• A proactive, outcomes-driven approach with high ownership of details.
