Salary: $193,970–$228,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Run operating cadence for programs including kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking to keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate when leadership decisions are needed.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Legal, CX, and Finance teams to make informed trade-offs.
• Develop strong understanding of systems and services to ensure technical decisions support reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in high-growth or high-scale consumer technology.
• Strong technical fluency in modern distributed systems and ability to engage with senior engineers on architecture and design.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution and independently drive programs from framing through launch.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and high ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Genuine interest in crypto, financial markets, and hirify.global’s mission.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading, brokerage, payments, or other high-throughput fintech products.
• Experience in crypto, web3, or defi.
