Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 base plus uncapped commission and equity

What you will do

• Create and implement sales strategy with minimal leadership input
• Manage 6-8 Regional Sales Managers to achieve supply acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention targets
• Serve as primary negotiation resource for challenging deals
• Lead talent acquisition and succession planning based on market opportunity
• Drive onboarding, coaching, and development programs for sales teams
• Travel up to 30% within region to support sales goals and foster industry connections

Requirements

• Must reside within the US or Canada region supported
• 5-7 years progressive B2B sales management experience, SaaS preferred
• 3+ years managing managers and 2+ years as B2B sales individual contributor
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and public speaking skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within region
