What you will do
- Identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
- Define clients’ business needs, success criteria, and KPIs.
- Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and leadership collaboration.
- Partner with sales team on prospects and account strategies.
- Maintain detailed sales data records using Salesforce.com.
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals for qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work remotely from there.
- 3+ years of lead generation or sales experience in high-growth, complex business environments, preferably in SaaS or HR solutions.
- Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach.io.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-centered selling skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
