TL;DR

Director, Paid Social & Programmatic Marketing: Leading and guiding in-house Paid Social and Programmatic media teams to drive business impact and accelerate global expansion across hirify.global’s products with an accent on developing and executing Brand and Direct Response campaigns. Focus on optimizing media investment, strengthening publisher relationships, and leveraging data to define future strategies.

Location: Can work hybrid from NYC Headquarters or remotely from an approved US State.

Salary: $203,500 - $327,750 USD

What you will do

  • Own and manage the day-to-day media budget for respective channels and be accountable for key performance indicators (CAC, ROAS).
  • Lead media plan development and execution across paid social, programmatic display, and online video (OLV).
  • Continually optimize campaigns across channels and markets to maximize subscription and revenue return and market-level brand goals.
  • Strengthen relationships with key advertising publishers and integrate industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Support international expansion goals by aligning media initiatives with market priorities and localizing creative briefings.
  • Oversee and improve processes for a high-performing in-house team, refining approach for global markets and additional hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven business impact, preferably with SaaS or subscription brands and global programs.
  • Comfort and experience planning and optimizing media channel investment and strategy for different funnel objectives.
  • Demonstrated success using data to inform plans and optimize campaigns, with fluency in brand and direct response measurement metrics.
  • A collaborative approach with experience influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
  • Skilled presenter and communicator, able to deliver insights and recommendations to diverse audiences including executive leadership.
  • Proven success leading and developing a high-performing team.
