What you will do
- Design and execute integrated field events to support business objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and developer advocacy.
- Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences, developing content and promotional strategies.
- Work with external partners to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation and lead generation.
- Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events to refine strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space is required.
- Experience in database or data analytics industries is required.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness.
- Excellent project management skills for organizing and executing events at various scales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing program effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
