Location: Remote within the United States, covering Western U.S. states including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Texas

Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate large, matrixed enterprise accounts
  • Engage with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to understand needs and position Temporal’s solutions
  • Navigate complex technical discussions and align product capabilities with customer priorities
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States, specifically Western U.S. states
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record
  • Experience selling to technical decision-makers such as software engineers and engineering leaders
  • Ability to navigate complex technical sales processes within large organizations
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
