Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: $90,000–$128,150

What you will do

  • Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and leverage BANT criteria.
  • Engage in proactive outreach activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of hirify.global technology to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Record and manage prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor outreach efforts and align on target markets.
  • Prepare detailed briefs to ensure a smooth transition of opportunities to the Sales team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with proven track record in BDR or Inside Sales within the IT Industry.
  • Demonstrated success in a Hunter role with proven track record in Outbound Prospecting.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI/Co-pilot.
  • Fluent in German.
  • English: B2 required.

Hiring process

  • One Year: Understand trends, craft prospecting programs and messaging, present quarterly business plan, and meet targets.
