Manager, Sales Development (Fintech): Overseeing and developing a team of Mid-Market Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation with an accent on driving high-performance culture, hiring, and career development. Focus on strategizing with sales and marketing, optimizing systems, and reporting on team performance to senior leadership.

Location: Remote (US) or onsite in New York, NY (HQ) or San Francisco, CA. Must be based in the US. Relocation support to NYC or SF is available.

Salary: $158,400–$242,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market SDRs, overseeing daily activities and quota performance.
  • Hire and train new SDRs on hirify.global's product, buyer personas, competition, and tools.
  • Develop and execute career development plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching.
  • Strategize with Mid-Market AEs, sales, and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives.
  • Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Improve team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor with a proven track record.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) environments, ideally at SaaS companies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • English: C1+ required.

  • Experience with financial services sales in a full cycle sales role.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
