Focus on proactively building a robust pipeline, leveraging sales tools like Salesforce and AI/Co-pilot, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to refine tactics.
Location: Hybrid role in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), with office presence in North Sydney, New South Wales, AU or Home Office in Victoria, New South Wales, AU.

What you will do
- Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and leverage BANT criteria.
- Engage in proactive outbound prospecting activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of technology to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Record and manage prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce, ensuring data is current and actionable.
- Set up appointments with potential clients that align with both prospect interest and Sales team capacity.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor outreach efforts, align on target markets, and coordinate strategic approaches.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in BDR or Inside Sales within the IT Industry.
- Demonstrated success in a Hunter role with a proven track record in Outbound Prospecting.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI/Co-pilot.
- Proven track record cultivating collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Ecosystem.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented approach to ensure consistent follow-up.
- Passion for sales and building relationships that prioritize the customer or prospect.
