What you will do
- Translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps supporting scalable experiences across products.
- Lead initiatives unifying user/admin experiences and enhancing platform extensibility and integrations.
- Partner with teams to deliver AI-driven platform capabilities including conversational AI and analytics.
- Manage requirements and execution for core platform components like analytics, identity, and data models.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to align with business priorities.
- Define and track KPIs for platform adoption and performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Denver, CO with hybrid work model (minimum 3 days in-office).
- No visa sponsorship available.
- 5+ years product management experience with enterprise SaaS products; CRM or CX domain experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of platform and ecosystem strategy including APIs and integrations.
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven platform capabilities and cross-product initiatives.
- Technical acumen to engage effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
