Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Responsible for ensuring financial visibility and the integrity of hirify.global's global liquidity position, involving close collaboration with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors with an accent on the seamless flow of data from transactional systems into the Treasury Management System (TMS). Focus on optimizing cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation.

Location: hirify.global Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for treasury systems, developing a deep understanding of transactional flows to ensure accurate data ingestion into the TMS.
• Optimize cash management and visibility, driving features that provide real-time cash visibility across bank accounts and enhance forecasting capabilities.
• Oversee banking reconciliation logic to ensure the system accurately acknowledges bank account balances and reconciles bank flows.
• Manage market data and valuations, overseeing the integration of market feeds to produce precise Mark-to Market (MtM) valuations.
• Drive system evolution, evaluating the performance of the current FIS Quantum setup and identifying gaps for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements for data pipelines, prioritizing features based on operational efficiency and financial risk reduction.

Requirements

• Proven Product Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management, specifically within FinTech, Banking, or Treasury-focused domains.
• Domain expertise in treasury, with a deep understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX trade settlements.
• Technical literacy, with familiarity with data flows across disparate systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and financial messages.
• Problem-solving and documentation skills, with experience handling complex financial logic.
• Vendor management experience, working with third-party financial software providers.
