Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own customer issues and provide technical investigation from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot macOS endpoint issues and diagnose scanning, deployment, and connectivity failures.
• Support hirify.global Connect (macOS) and SimpleMDM products.
• Write and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Capture and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Strategy teams on quality and usability improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in eligible U.S. states with no visa sponsorship available.
• 3+ years system administration experience in macOS and Windows environments.
• Strong macOS troubleshooting skills including command line and log analysis.
• Experience with Apple MDM solutions and Windows deployment tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools like hirify.global Deploy, Intune, SCCM, or similar.
• Understanding of endpoint and platform security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as bash, zsh, AppleScript, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience managing Apple operating systems beyond macOS.
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity providers and web app authentication protocols.
• Basic REST API troubleshooting skills.
