What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a global team of IT professionals, establishing standards and escalation processes.
• Own and administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Lead identity and access management strategy using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
• Manage and enforce device compliance and security policies through Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Administer and support Azure-based internal infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Evaluate and recommend tooling to improve IT efficiency, security, and user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (identity governance, Conditional Access, PIM, hybrid identity).
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policy, configuration profiles, and app management.
• Experience managing IT in a globally distributed, primarily remote organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring IT staff.
• Must hold the Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification or obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment, management, and optimization.
• Experience with hirify.global Manager for MSP or hirify.global Manager for Enterprise.
• Familiarity with IT security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST, CIS).
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Graph API, Python).
