Senior IT Specialist

TL;DR

Senior IT Specialist (System Engineering): Manage and support IT infrastructure including identity and access management, SaaS application provisioning, authentication troubleshooting, and Mac user support with an accent on operational excellence and high-volume ticket management. Focus on managing integrations, security compliance, and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California with Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday-Thursday onsite. Must be based in the United States excluding certain states due to compliance.

Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 CAD base + annual bonus (Toronto hub)

What you will do

• Manage identity and access across Okta, Google Workspace, 1Password, and 40+ SaaS applications
• Provision system admin accounts and troubleshoot authentication and integration issues
• Support Mac users via Kandji MDM including hardware troubleshooting and SOC II compliance
• Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and HR teams on permissions, vendor reviews, and onboarding/offboarding
• Manage daily ticket queue with strong prioritization and independent problem-solving

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years Okta administration and 3+ years Mac MDM support experience
• 4+ years IT support with high-volume ticket handling
• Experience with Jira administration and SaaS ecosystems
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in Los Angeles and be based in the US (excluding certain states)

• Auth0 and Salesforce administration experience
• Experience with SaaS integrations, security compliance, and vendor management
