What you will do
- Participate in testing, implementing, commissioning, and decommissioning new services and tools.
- Document administration processes and principles, and prepare instructions for service users and first-line support.
- Administrate and audit access to internal information resources.
- Launch and monitor subscription/contract renewal processes.
- Troubleshoot problems related to working with services and communicate with developer technical support.
- Optimize and automate current processes using scripting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, 2nd or 3rd line Service Desk.
- Knowledge of basic access management principles for information resources and software licensing.
- Experience with system software installation and configuration, and administration skills with Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, Microsoft, modern AI tools on Enterprise level, Jira, and JSM.
- Experience with two operating systems from the list: Windows, Linux, macOS.
- Experience with administering modern services from the GameDev stack.
- Experience writing technical documentation and user instructions.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- DevOps experience.
- Experience in RPA introduction.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
