Location: Hybrid with in-person participation required throughout the year in the United States

Salary: $207,485–$244,100 USD annually

What you will do

• Own Sign In and Sign Up vision, strategy, and execution across all hirify.global products
• Drive key metrics including sign in success rate, sign up success rate, time to login, and customer experience contact rate
• Lead adoption of passwordless authentication methods such as passkeys and biometrics
• Manage session management, device identification, and session hijacking protection
• Partner with Risk team on account recovery flows and account takeover prevention
• Balance compliance requirements with user experience and reduce duplicate account creation

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience with authentication, identity, or security products
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking success metrics
• Ability to balance security/compliance with user experience
• Experience collaborating across multiple product groups
• Strong technical aptitude to partner with engineering teams

Nice to have

• Experience with passwordless authentication technologies (passkeys, biometrics, WebAuthn)
• Experience with bot detection, fraud, or account takeover mitigation
• Crypto or fintech industry experience
• Experience with mobile and web authentication flows
• International product experience with regional authentication requirements
